Will exercise make, me young.

Postby Diego » Tue Nov 22, 2011 7:31 am

I am hoping exercise will make me feel younger again. Right now i feel stiff, and tight and not fluid like I did when I was younger. I am planning on yoga and walking, running.

Do 45 min exercise & yoga on daily regular basis. Walking & running is also effective.

Excercise will really make you healthy and young how.
Excercise improves blood circulation
Remove your stress
Refresh and lighten your thoughts
Give you a way to live and feel better.
Take away your tensions.

All those things which makes you older excercise help you in forgetting bad things . 8-)
