Hi me too, spent yesterday crying bout my weight but want to do something positive today. Want to move around more and eat less until I research the best programme for me.

Hi hon, great that you're taking positive action you'll soon feel so much better!
Just the fact that you decided to make a change is brilliant, the best way to lose weight is eat right, and a little less maybe and move more! Exercise isn't just good for your body but your mind too as it raises feel good hormone levels and it's proven that people who work out are more likely to have a good body image than those who don't!
Check out this site [no links please] and order their pack, I have it and it's brilliant [and free]!
The journey of one thousand miles begins with the first step, if you need motivation don't think just DO. Get up and go for a walk, dance to some of your favourite songs, you'll be shedding pounds in no time.
