Different ways for reduce the body weight.Some people like the exercise work and some people like the diet foods for the weight loss.But i like the these exercises for the fat loss like,..
1 Swimming
2 Cycling
3 Running
4 Push up.

There are many excercises you can do to loose wait. but best and easy are stretching and walking a little bit in speed and long walks. then see you will not gain wait again and eat what ever you want with care.

There are lots of exercise to reduce weight and they keep healthy our body very well. Many people are working so hard for their reduce weight. Walking,Running, Yoga are one of the best exercise which are very helpful to reduce weight.
