Hey guys

Been on Alli for 2 weeks now happy with weight loss so far but really struggling with EXPLOSIVE diarrhoea Now looking at meal replacements. I've looked at Cambridge, Lipotrim, Slimfast and Celebrity Diet. It seems theres so many that I cant make up my mind. Does anybody have feedback on these or any others, i'm looking for something that doesn't taste like pigs slop and wont leave me drooling everytime I walk past the fridge.

Please help!!!!

Unfortunatelly that is a major side effect with Alli or even the stronger version called Xenical. The reason you are having explosive diarrhoea is that you are eating fatty foods!!

What Alli / Xenical does is extract the fat from the food you eat and pass it down to waste therefore comming out your backside. If you cut the fat out of your diet you will stop having diarrhoea.

i was on the X named one (cant spell it lol) but yeah the fattier the foods you eat the worse the end product is, its almost like punishment for eating nice foods isnt it , i didnt get on with it at all altho the weight did come on a little i think sensible eating is worth alot more than life on the toilet but senssible eating WITH ali wud be just as good:) xx

Jennifer had surgery in December and it is only in the past 2 weeks that she has started to eat more, before this she was hardly eating anything just picking at food.
