Permanent weight loss

Postby AndreBishop » Wed Apr 01, 2009 10:27 am

I weigh about 250lbs, and my height is 190cms. Am I on the verge of obesity? I want to lose weight before it gets out of hand. Have tried dieting but it yielded no poor results. Need help.

Hi there,
If you are struggling to lose weight then the worlds number 1 weightloss company is Herbalife!! They are a huge worldwide company who have helped millions of people lose weight....but also more importantly keep the weight off!!

All it requires is 2 healthy 'meal in a glass' shakes per day which take less than 30 seconds to prepare!! There are no side effects to worry about and they also do other products to help with diet and nutrition.

According to me there are no permanent weight loss plan. Every weight loss plan would work until you follow them with probity and sturdily. You say that you have followed some diet plan and they didn't work for you, but did you try to find out the result behind their failures. You can't keep on changing diet plan, in this way they will not work for you. Instead of trying new diet plan, you can either consult a nutritionist or a dietitian or you can make weekly diet plan that would help you in not getting bore of same food items.

Weight loss should not be the only goal of dieters who are looking to lose weight. It should be maintained for long periods of time and for this careful selection of the dietary program is essential. Permanent weight loss program should be more of a lifestyle change rather than a strict diet aimed at short periods of time.

A well-balanced and correctly portioned diet plan which includes a mixture of veggies, meat, fruits, dairy products etc. the key to long-standing weight loss.Try high intensity workouts with proper intervals between workouts . According to studies you won’t burn out fat as quickly and you’ll certainly by regular workout.

Hi Andre,
For permanent weight loss, engage in regular physical activities and prefer raw food over processed food. Drink more water than routine, have green tea and avoid flavored juices. Do not eat late, manage stress and avoid stimulants.
