Started: Jan 08 Start Weight: 17st 6lbs Age: 18/19 Current Weight: 10st 1.5lbs (64.2kg) Age:21 GOAL: was to not be fat for my 21st I have always been big from about the age of 4, always stuffed and always been a stone for my age, (eg. age 11, 11stone) and so on right up untill 18 and then i thought no, stop i cant carry on, i was finding it hard to walk, hard to climb 14 stairs, it was stupid i felt like those people on tv (altho i wasnt as big as them the effects were terrible) i also had TERRIBLE back pain which a doctor told me "it may be due to your excess fat) :/ charming man!!!
So i started weight watchers and the weight FELL off two years later im not 10st 1.5lbs thanks to them AND gymophobics which is a air resistant gym so no pressure on joints (which is good as the recently found out my back problem was arthritus NOT fat lol) but hey, they are an amazing gym and it feels SO effortless but i have lost nearly 2st alone with them ontop of weight watchers, im hoping to get the loose skin sorted LETS HOPE! they give gastirc band people free sergery what about us who WORK hard for it!!! so hope they consider that!!,
i use slimming tablets altho i do not know if they work or not but they seem to mentally which is what alot of these things are, just mental boosts lol!! but still i do take them and try them! im on chilli burn at the moment and appestat which i cant see working but the chilli burn i think is pretty good, i have also ordered some POWER DIET trainers which are said to be brilliant so i cant wait to get them and update you all
im on here to help maintain my weight and hopfully inspire and motivate others to do it, it IS POSSIBLE! to have your cake AND loose lol and i would be more than happy for anyone to contact me with questions or just chat xxx
