Don't diet!

Postby Renaissance » Sun Dec 13, 2009 2:03 pm

Going on a diet is exactly what you shouldn't do if you want to lose weight for the long term. When you diet, you lose mostly water to begin with. That's why some people lose a few pounds quickly. After that, you'll lose just as much muscle as fat, so your metabolism will be permanently slowed. Once you end the diet because it's unrealistic and unsustainable, you'll put the weight back on, only this time it'll be mostly fat! This is yo-yo dieting and most people have done it. Quick fixes don't work. Visit (no links please) for free info. and advice on how to lose weight for the long term.

I think water is good for health and it improves your skin and reduce extra weight from your body. Use salad for diet , green tea.

Great information! But I can't imagine eating salad on a row. Any other suggestion?
