Best ways to lose pounds

Hi all I would like to know the best ways to lose weight esp. around the belly ( is it the diet or do you need to do exercise). I found the following site very useful 9no links please)

You can only do it by your desire and full concentration towards your diet ,nutrition and by exercise . you have to take low fats foods . Take green tea without sugar...

walking, swimming and gym is the best way to loss weight and fat,
this act make a man healthy, active, fresh and fit for all the day ...

The combination of balance diet and proper workout is best for losing weight.Both are necessary factors for losing weight.Running,walking,cycling are so effective practices for health as well as losing weight.Eat low calories foods for burning fats of body.

Exercise is very significant to lose ten pounds in three months. Workout regularly can help you lose weight and keep it off. Being physically active can also make you more energetic, and reduce the risk of developing some harmful diseases.

1. Indulge in fat releasing foods.
2. After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
3. Walk for 45 minutes a day.
4. Clock In at the Gym.
5. Cut the carbs .
6. Go vegan.
7. Doing Yoga daily.
