hello from a new member

Postby boxercrazy » Fri Oct 16, 2009 8:27 pm

Hello, my name is Christine..
I am a habitual dieter all my life, but I am hoping that I am going to get to my desired weight this time and stay there.
I started a diet at the beginning of June with the help of my GP and reductil. I have lost 38 lbs in 20 weeks and now I am off the reductil for 4 weeks due to developing raynaulds disease, it has now almost gone.
I hope to get support from people going through the same as me.xx

Don’t be too hard on yourself.

Just follow these simple diet rules
1.Eat less meat.
2.Eat more vegetables.
3.Have more fruit.
4.Stock up on grains.
5.Watch what you drink

Exercise is also important.
