Not a weight loss program a life style change.

Forget weight loss groups & celeb dieting trends a sure fire way to lose weight is healthy exerise and good food.

Firstly throw out all problem foods and replace with fruit, veg, lots of fish & white meats. NO sweets, Cakes, Crisps, Pizza, alcohol or any other crap.

Secondly join the gym and actually go. or if you can't afford the gym you can always excerise in the house or go for a run outside. this should be done three times a week for at least 30mins to raise your heart bpm so you burn fat.

Keep healthier company
Avoid those nights out with your mates from the curry appreciation society, there's no way you're going to be sticking to a chicken tikka and salad.

Set short-term goals - like eating one piece of fruit a day or eat fish twice a week this will help you keep on track.

Doing weight loss program or not, never change the lifestyle, only you have to change your meal.
