Weight Loss, Vegetables.

There are many vegetables, with detoxifying properties, such as carrots, beetroot, cabbage, bottlegourd, spinach, etc. Share here weight loss vegetables that you know.Thanks in advance.

Yeah I would agree with you that there a many vegetables which are very helping us to lose our weight .
These are
carrots, beetroot, cabbage, bottlegourd, spinach, etc

yeah vegitables and green tea really helps to reduce the weight
but, i guess there should be some kind of medically safe diet which helps beter
u guys heared about pronokal ?

I agree with Diego about vegetables and green tea helps loss weight and aside from that. It is much healthier!

Weight loss, for weight loss, vegetables are good for health and helps you to reduce weight and belly fat

Eat every vegetable each contain something different. but eat detoxifying vegetable in more quantity.

Vegetables are good food options because you will get all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals through this. When you consume vegetables, it provides the dietary fiber and extra energy that you need. It also controls weight effectively. Vegetables also help fill the stomach faster limiting the total amount of food that we eat.
