Some simple fitness tips

Hi everyone

Some quick and simple fitness tips for you all:

    Do stretching excercises
    Partner someone for excercise
    Limit your supplements
    Do not eat junk food

    Add vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms or tomatoes to your egg omelet and ask for more vegetable toppings (like mushrooms, peppers, and onions and less cheese on your pizza. Also add lettuce, tomato, onion, and cucumber to sandwiches

    Always ask for salad dressing on the side

    At sandwich shops, ask for smaller amounts of roast beef, turkey, or ham.

Could someone suggest how do we work with the will power?

Thanks for sharing tips. Many people are trying to reduce their weight. Many of the people are in diet to reduce the weight. While reducing weight, health is important. Burn more fat when you work out - sounds great to me! Plus I've been taking spirulina for ages and it does work - I'm a Kiwi and it's been at home for years, don't understand why it's not so big over here though!

I think the best and simplest way to be fit is doing a simple exercise, walking or jogging accross your yards would burn up those calories. Easy and safe way to do but very effective.

Many of the persons are in diet to decrease the weight. While decreasing heaviness, wellbeing is important. Maintaining calories is significant for good health.

Well in my opinion we should do exercise regularly for our fitness. Exercise keeps us healthy and fit. We should eat healthy food and oil free food for our fitness.

Exercise is the first and last thing that is very much important for the fitness and i like to do exercise because i give much importance to my fitness and the tips are nice. Thanks for sharing the tips.
