Hi,

I had same problem with too many pounds … I needed to lose 40-35 pounds per month… But now I can say that 35-40 pounds per month is A LOT (for me). I’we been using pills, didn’t helped at all… Then tryed diat from (no links please) and it helped… still i hadn’t lost 40 pounds per month but 15-25 isn’t bad too…
Hope it will help you too…

Hi,

I know you posted this a while ago now, but I know exactly what you are/were going through.

Instead of heading straight on a diet which might not last try making some small changes to your food, which will have a big affect on your weight loss.

Don't skip a meal and least of all breakfast - I can't stress this enough. Skipping this vital step is not the best method for weight loss and not good for your health no matter how much you weigh. It kick starts your metabolism for the entire day.
So if you’re in a rush or even if you can’t be bothered there are worse things to have than an Egg McMuffin. Invented as a fast food Eggs Benedict in 1972 it is actually a fairly healthy way to fuel up. Okay so maybe not the best diet for weight loss every morning but at 300 calories and a good amount of protein it’s a surprisingly good option and far better than not having anything.

Chew each mouthful at least 15 times - For fast weight loss chew each bite at least 15 times. Digestion begins in your mouth. Our saliva mixes with our food during the chewing process, but only if you keep it in your mouth.
If you make an effort to slow down and chew each bite of food at least 15 times, you not only take a great deal of effort off the stomach in breaking down the food, you also mix the food with your saliva, further enhancing the digestion process.
Remember, digestion of food is one of the most energy consuming thing your body does. Help out your stomach by chewing your food. Improve your digestion, release more energy, get more nutrition out of your food and you may find that you drop a few pounds and feel better.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi everybody
I recently came into contact with a friend who had been struggling to lose weight for years. She was approaching 20 stone the last time i saw her which was around a year ago.

I was gobsmacked when she turned up in jeans and a tee shirt looking slim and gorgeous. She put it down to a program called The Elite Weight loss package.

I have been trying this and have last 8 pound in 5 weeks.Well worth a try.

Good luck

I've always struggled with my weight too. I've tried quite a few weight loss programs in the past and always found the hardest part was keeping the weight off once i lost it. Been trying out this program at the current moment in time (i'l put link below), and must say so far I've managed to keep the weight off. Just keeping fingers crossed and hoping this will be the last program i have to try.

Hi there,
I recommend the diet solution program - its a healthy diet for long term weight loss without technically "dieting" - it instead focuses on eating for your metabolic type and choosing fat burning foods.

I have done a review of the program here:

venetian wrote:Hi all, I am 28 yrs. old, 5'9" and I weigh 14 st. I’ve recently become concerned with my weight due to the constant nagging I get at home. Apparently, I eat too much... to figure out where I’m going wrong. I would like to lose weight or at the very least stop gaining it. I would really appreciate any advice on a weight loss program please !!!

According to one of my friend I’m supposed to be consuming about 2000-2600 calories per day to maintain my weight. Since I’ve been recording my daily food intake I’ve come to see that without watching what I eat or dieting I only take in a max. Of 1600 calories a day.

My diet is not very varied and primarily consists of tomatoes, cucumber, cream cheese, various fruits and other veggies and olive or sunflower oil which I use as salad dressing. I do not drink milk (ever), rarely eat eggs or meat and indulge in fast food, chocolate, pop, or chips maybe once a month if that. I don't drink very much water either (I know that's bad:cry: but I have been trying)

I do not drive so naturally I spend a lot of time walking. I have been working as an administrator for about 5yrs now and thus spend at least 6 Hrs a day sitting. I’ve been trying to go to the gym, ride my bike, or go for evening walks 3-5 times a day for the past 3 months.

This is all of the information I can think of that may be relevant. What should I be doing? Please help  !!!

Hi
The diet you mention here is healthy. You need to decrease calories per day from 1600 to around 1200.You can try variety of foods but be conscious that it must not contains fat in it.Generally i eat in very less quantity and it helps me to lose a lot of weight.
