hi new to the group was wondering if some gurus could help me i started dieting around 2 months ago an started at 18 stone 2 oz (seriously obese) weighed yesterday im now 15 stone 6 oz im really realy happy with how its going i dont want to be stacked or massivly ripped but at what weight would i move from doin JUST cardio twice a day to muscle building i dont want arnie swazzanneger arms in a dream body id like to be around 80-90 kg and have a set of abbs not a full 8 pack but somthing better than my flab at the minute if someone has got advice please would help loads thanks
