HELP !!!! new and fat

aaaaaaaaah i need your experts help.
im 5ft 3 and 9stone9pounds.
im freaking out because i managaed to maintain 8st13 for a whole year and seem to have lost my motivation and any willpower !!
i have so many goals yet seem to pig out..especially in the evenings.
I want to get to 8stone healthilty....but fairly quickly.
Any help please?? Advice ?? :shock:

Lots of exercise and some appitite suppressants!! lol im in the same situation pretty much its hard i know but u can do it!!!

AP suppressants what im using r really good :)

Hi,

I'm new as well. I'm also 5ft 3 and am 9st 5lbs. I was always around 8st 7lbs, which I'd like to get back to, I just feel so out of control with food!

Although the past few days, I've been back at the gym and I've stopped eating chocolate aaah!

I'm just lacking motivation! I'd really be aiming for 8st 4lbs, so 15lbs to go!

Hey,

I know what it feels like. Can be really hard to get the motivation to go to the gym!

Keep at it though, it'll be worth it in the end! To help me out, I bought a metabolism booster from weightworld (no links please) - it gave me more energy druing the day and I felt like I had more energy to go the gym after work.

hi. if ur serious then u need to start running or swimming just 3x aweek outdoor running is best but treadmill ok set atarget 5km 10 km then stick to it doesnt matter if u walk part of it so loong as u complete. its all about how much u want it and once u out there or @the gym on atreadmill then u have made the effort so ur halfway there.

I am really tiny - used to weight 45kg as I am only 158cm tall. I have been on some antidepressants that made me literally put on weight in a week. I gained 10 kgs in 2 weeks and it was even more depressing.

I was recommended (no links please). They usually have trial products that you only pay for shipping. I have tried Acai Berry and Zotrim so far.

Whilst I didn't lose weight with Acai Berry - it gave me a lot of energy and am still taking them for that reason. Zotrim is excellent. I have lost 3.7kgs in just 10 days taking both Acai Berry and Zotrim. Zotrim also does not interact with other medication.

The next product I will try is Proresvera - there are free trials available. Still doing some research on the product. You should have a look at (no links please). They continuously add new free products as they come on the market.

please don't get into thinking that supplements and diet pills will make you thin. unfortunately, there is no quick fix. if you do lose weight quite quickly, how much of it is actually fat? very little. most of it is actually water and some of it will be muscle, meaning your metabolism will be permanently slowed.
the aim must be to lose fat, not weight.

from my experience, cardio is not the best for losing bodyfat, i would suggest doing some high intensity cardio as well as some resistance exercise with weights as well for best results.

Losing weight is not a easy we need to do proper steps for it like regular exercise, proper diet, etc. But i got more tips for losing weight in a easy from the [( no links please) they are good hypnotherapist. Who provide a hypnosis treatment for all type of mental and health issues. It was helpful for my weight loss program. I hope it will be helpful for you.
