Hello Steve. I think you should do running regularly. It is a healthy exercise to burn fat. You can easily burn your fat. Just do a 30 minute running regularly. There were lot of fat on my body but now i am slim and smart because i did lot of running.
I think ultimately the best diet that works for you is one that you can stick with. Most diets do not work because most people whether they are doing low carb or low fat go the extreme, by either taking out carbs completely or reducing fat to almost nothing. The problem is that your body needs both to function. I think you will be happy with the results. Remember, it is better to eat 6 small meals a day than 3 regular meals. Good Luck!
