Hi Marry
Green tea is healthy in small doses, because it has great amount of coffein.
Other than that exercise is essential for proper weight loos, from my experience dieting and starving make your metabolism even worse, and sudden weight loss leads to yoyo effect:( I lost 20lbs for 6 months and I eat normally, but I exercise 4 times per week, I go to the gym, ride a bike and when I am bored and when I dont have much time I exercise at home with online personal trainers, web site is insha.pe and workouts are like using skype, so you just have to be disciplined, determined, and have a small goal for start :)

Wish you all the best!

You'll have to stop eating unhealthy food. Mix your meals like meat or maybe chiken with vegetables and just some rice or bakery or potatoes. Avoid everything that may be fried and all of the sodas. Drink water instead. And you must exercise if you'll be able to just 30min everyday or 60 minutes every 2 days. You'll get healthy that way. It could take some time, but it's an effective way in order to keep being fit and in addition for your wellbeing.
Take care.
