Hi my name is Sharyn.
I was wondering if anyone can give me advice.
I'm on my own diet, it includes:
BREAKFAST; Vitamin C drink, Banana
LUNCH; slimfast shake, Banana,2 Apples, Vit C drink
DINNER; same as lunch.
EXERCISE; 30 Mins spinning per night.
The vitamin C tablets are in fizzy form.

I do this daily but don't seem to be loosing much weight.
Can anyone help?
I am currently 12st.
Thanx

Hi there,

Looks like you eat too little. You see, if your body doesn't get enough energy it will turn on to "starvation mode" and your metabolism will slow down.
If you reduce your daily calorie intake with 500kcal(if you normally eat 2000kcal/day you eat 1500kcal/day) and exercise you will see results. Me myself am doing this since 2 weeks and I also take a whey protein product twice a day to keep my muscle tissue and burn the fat. I lost 5cm off my hips after only one week using this program.
If you want more information on this whey protein product, please e-mail me.

Good Luck,
Ulrika

Hi Sharyn,

I think you body needs a good balance of food and healthy nutrition, fruit and vitamins on its own will not supply your body with other nutrients such as iron and other nutrients we need. Also many foods are very acidic which can cause your body harm if you dont have the balance between acid and alkaline foods.

heres a good article you can read about acid and alkaline foods as i think this is really important to consider. http://www.energiseforlife.com/list_of_alkaline_foods.php
This does not need to be overly complicated either.

And as Ulrika said, not enough food will lead to your body going into starvation mode which will slow down the metabolism

Hope that helps

Thanks
Andy
