1. Avoid anything with sugar in it, don't worry about fat as much (seriously)
good example being anything that says fat free, because its all a marketing ploy and they just replace it with sugar and that makes your body store fat but they dont tell you that

Greek Yogurt and tinned fruit is what i have and takes your sugar craving away

If male then eat 2000 calories a day
if female then eat 1500 calories a day

What the carbs as the calories add up even if you have wholemeal bread which my diabetic friend says still spikes his blood sugar so even then, its not as healthy as they make our.. always read between the lines with adverts on tv

Make sure you dont go under or you will go into maintenance mode and your body will stop burning fat

Dont just do boring cardio, make it internval trainng cardio so 30 seconds fast, 20 seconds slow, 30 seconds fast over and over again.. keep your body guessing and melt the fat. Slow or steadyc cardio makes you fitter but wont burn fat like interval training does.. ;)

Try this what I did to lose half stone a month

Postby shabirditta » Wed Jan 16, 2013 1:22 am

I was fat and wanted to do something about it.
I have gone from a chubby 18 stone to an
athletic 12 stone in 24 weeks and want to
tell you good people how I did it.

After landed in the hospital for the third time
things had to change. The people at the
hospital (who are mostly obese themselves)
said I needed to lose weight for health reasons.

:carrot:

They said that but what I found that
there was no help anywhere, just diet
companies and money making potions
who wanting to take your money.:devil::devil:

Ended up paying a fitness instructor over
£100 for what? He sent me away saying
watch what you eat, drink a lot of water
and do some press ups.
:?::?:

I took his advice and stuck to something
that helped me lose half a stone a month
without going on a diet or without giving anything up.
I just did has many press ups as possible in
3 minutes a day twice a day.

:D:D
That’s it.

This one pattern helped me go from a fat 18
stoned belly middle age man to a energetic
athletic (12 stoned) nearly 50yr’ old!

How can 3 minutes a day twice a day
give those results but they did.

:D:D
See it here how I lost half a stone a month

Coolness....
