General Fitness tips required?

Hi all, I am trying to find a fitness program for me that comprises diet control and bit of excercise. Anybody with some good fitness tips plz?

Try eating healthy like tuna chicken (without skin) and salads, pasta and fruits and veggies, also, your going to want to utilize exercises such as the dead lift, the squat, the clean, and leg press...if your looking for additional drills for speed and agility, play a lot of basketball and try wrestling. :)

a have some questions for you....whats your weight and height?
because for fitness and a diet plan these two points should be in your mind...i dont know whether you are just losing weight or you already have a proper weight just want to be your body fit.
