Try eating healthy like tuna chicken (without skin) and salads, pasta and fruits and veggies, also, your going to want to utilize exercises such as the dead lift, the squat, the clean, and leg press...if your looking for additional drills for speed and agility, play a lot of basketball and try wrestling.
