Hi all I would like to know the best ways to lose weight esp. around the belly ( is it the diet or do you need to do exercise). I found the following site very useful 9no links please)

You can only do it by your desire and full concentration towards your diet ,nutrition and by exercise . you have to take low fats foods . Take green tea without sugar...

1. Indulge in fat releasing foods.
2. After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
3. Walk for 45 minutes a day.
4. Clock In at the Gym.
5. Cut the carbs .
6. Go vegan.
7. Doing Yoga daily.
