Combine Weight Training with Cardio

Hi Everyone

Instead of spending countless hours each week and month on the treadmill, cross trainer.. look to go in the gym and weight train a particular body part (back, chest, legs) and then! use a cardio machine for 30 minutes

By weight training (male and female) your metabolism will be higher for much longer and you are also burning fat at the time with the cardio

Works a treat but most people don't think about doing it the other way round and most women think weights is for guys only.. I am seeing more and more women weight train and all are getting results
