In our opinion, you should deal with a registered UK company that shows its UK Registration Number on their website, and an address that is not a P.O. Box or some unit on an industrial estate. All UK companies that trade online must show their V.A.T number by law, even if they are selling prescribed medication that is exempt. If a V.A.T number is not shown, they are either registered outside the UK, trading illegally or are a very small company with a turnover under 60k, which we suggest you avoid.
