Hi everyone,
Im new a member to the forum and i would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you all. well basically im too overweight and i have decided its time i started lokking after myself and started to lose weight, even if its only a couple of pounds hopefully i will get there one day even if its slowly but surely i will get there. i find it really difficult to do many day to day activities such as sitting down and getting up. But now i know it really is time to lose weight. i hope you can all help me and guide me to lose weight.
