Half Way Through- Need Support!

Hey everyone!

Have gained and lost weight in the past and am definately what would be considered a yo yo dieter! But this time it's for real!

I've lost 1 stone 9 pounds in the last year, and I still want to lose another stone!

At my heaviest I was around 11 stone 4, which for my 5 foot 3 frame was not a good look, and I'm finally back to a healthy BMI range and 9 stone 9. Though I'm going on holiday in just over 2 months time, and am detirmined to wear a bikini on the beach!

Ideally I want to lose another half a stone before then as a bit of a boost and thought posting my results online would help with that!

Any advice and comments would be greatly appreciated!

At the moment I do a combination of weight training and cardio. I tend to use a crosstrainer up to three times a week, usually for half an hour at a time, and do at least a 2 mile run once a week. I also like to use the P90X training videos for strength training, I don't follow their programme strictly as I find it too time consuming and expensive! But their strength training videos are excellent, and as I'm not very up to scratch on my resistance work, they give me good ideas and are quite motivating!

Food wise, I'm trying to stick to quite a low carb diet, I don't really calorie count as I tend to get obsessed otherwise so my usual diet consists of-

Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs + 1 scrambled egg white, 2 quorn sausages and orange juice

Lunch- Chicken/turkey breast, with salad and garlic bread (1 slice)
OR
Jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn

Dinner- Stir Fry (without noodles but lots of veg)
OR
Roast dinner, with extra veggies and only one roast potato

Snacks- I tend to have fruit, or I always have some cooked chicken in the fridge too.

I drink tonnes of water everyday, and try and get through my 2ltr bottle at least, on days where I'm in the gym I tend to take a 1ltr bottle in with me and drink that on top. I also drink lots of green tea, around 3-5 cups a day!

Be great if people have any advice or encouragement for me!

Below are pictures of me as I am now, sadly I dont have any at my heaviest, which is probably a good thing!

Start Weight= 11 stone 4 pounds

Current Weight- 9 stone 9 pounds

Goal Weight - 8 stone 10 pounds
