Hi I new here today just looking around at the moment . I thought Id tell you about my page has a great recipe for free that I have been eating . I have a recipe for tikka massala it s about 1/4 of the normal fat in a tikka and I think it tastes as good . I ve been trying to lose weight by managing my daily fat in take. I figure if you keep well under the recommended daily fat amount have you five a day and keep quite active you should lose weight .I am down by about 2 stone in 1 month and few weeks.
Fat in take for male per day should be about 70 to 90 grams a day.
Fat in take for female should be about 70 to 80 grams a day.
So I try to stick between 20 to 30 grams a day sometimes I manage to eat about 10 to 15 grams a day and still have great day eating Well thats what it's about lose it and still enjoy it .
