hi my weight is 110 kg i want to reduce my weight. what can i do for that please give me a suggestion.

Hi WilliamPaul, I've tried Cho Yung Tea and it works wonders! You only need to drink 2 cups a day, you don't need a strict fitness or diet regime, just eat healthy nutritious foods in moderation, and keep active :)

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories, Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes, Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories....
