Fat loss

Hi,

I started to work out in the gym since 3 weeks ago. Is 15-20 min per day of running and strength training enough (1-2h/day 5-6days/week) to lose the last bit of belly fat ? I also have a good diet. Thanks in advance.

I think its enough but don't control your food..

Good luck to you. I was in a chase after reducing my belly & reducing weight as I was feeling less fit & imbalanced. But due to being too busy & also you can say due to idleness, I couldn't carry on after a few weeks.
