for burn your fat eat small not eat sugar use its alternative like fruits and vegetables. if you want to lose weight quickly, then use fat burner pill it is a good product.

Yes i agree all of you. I think weight training help us to maintain our body as we want. So it is not harmful . Weight can be lose with different exercises like walking, running, and drink water.

I think that proper diet plan and exercise plan will help any body well in weight training and have the best one result's out there, Also use of a good one fat burner like the green tea is much helpful.... The use of the yogurt is made essential along with the mealing...

I would say that women should do light exercises to maintain a health and fit life , for weight loss they need to full concentrate of their diet and nutrition , Avoid those foods which have high levels of cholesterol , and make a routine of daily walk of 15 to 30min after dinner , Take Green Tea without sugar daily after eating ....
