I couldn't find an introduction forum so I thought I would tag on this one!

Unless someone can point me in the right direction :D

My name is Craig, I am a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

I will give as much advice as I can to people on here.

What I can't do is start giving eating plans and training plans as that will hinder my business unfortunately but I am more than happy as mentioned to give as much advice as I can.

Speak soon

Craig

Hi! Also new here and I'm trying to find the best way to keep fit. I've been hearing a lot about yoga. I guess it got me interested because of the meditation and the relaxation that comes with it. Any yoga website that you can suggest I can check on?
