I work full time 9 - 5.30 and then I work part time in the evenings(till about 10pm) then I have to get home and make tea (as by this time I feel ill with hunger) but then I cant exercise after this... Then I go to bed.....
Is there anything I can do to build up my exercise more? Like a few sit ups before bed, or when I get up? And I have read somewhere that sit ups aren’t that good??? Can anyone suggest anything other than sit ups but which will help the tummy area (also bum and thighs!)
I really do need some help......
also any tips on healthy eating would be good???
