The fighter exercise

The figther

If you sprint on the spot then you will fire up your butts muscles and it will help to burn off all that unwanted fat that wobbles when you do sprint on the spot. Ok so you want to start by jogging gently not to fats nor to slow on the spot for a few seconds. Then you need to ramp it up, by turning it into a sprint, lifting your knees as high as you can whilst pumping your arms in a true running style. Keep this going for 60 seconds.
This is a great exercise and you should aim to try and do it 2 to 3 times a week. If your not sore, then increase the intensity.
