Strange situation, any help appreciated!

Hi!

New to these forums but would really appreciate some help with my situation!

I am 6'4", work behind a desk (or on the road) but go running 3-4 times a week. Also, I'm a drummer in a band who gig normally twice a week so I am fairly active. My normal lifestyle involves about 2/3 nights out a week, and a few beers on the nights I'm not out. I usually eat fairly healthy.

This last week though, I haven't touched any alcohol and have been running the last 4 days on the trot, but oddly haven't lost any weight according to the scales. When I was in the above routine (with the nights out, etc) I found that I could lose weight by cutting back on the amount I ate. I am currently eating decent sized portions to give me what I need to get through the day with exercise/gigs, but bizzarely I haven't lost any weight?! I feel like I have, but the scales tell me different.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
