Trying out the Complan (shakes) diet...
Here goes nothing!
Well, after paying £75 gym subscription and going a grand total of zero times(!), I've decided to go down the calorie/nutritional route via Complan.
As far as I know, there are no side effects and my builder lost a 1.5 stones in two months.
My plan is to have a shake for dinner (most people do breakfast and lunch shakes, but I generally make my evening meal a light one, so am replacing dinner with Complan - unless of course I have dinner plans, then I will mix it up and have one for breakfast or whatever).
I just made up a shake using half a bottle of water - pretty handy, I just drank half the (500ml) bottle, poured the sachet in, then shook it up to drink the shake. So far so good - its actually quite tasty!
