Success with a weight loss programme!

Postby crobert » Thu Oct 06, 2011 8:35 pm

There are loads of weight loss programmes around, and it took me ages to find one that was actually good. I had tried various thyroid pills etc, but apart from making me jittery they didn't do much. I was recommended to it by a friend in the end, so thought I should recommend it to others to try.

I'm 26,was a bit tubby and my weight has gone up and down since my mid teens. bf% was around 25% and really wanted to get it down to 10%ish ASAP.

My mate suggested I tried {no links please} as she said she had heard good things about it. basically a 9day trial, with a nutritionist who helps you. I found the nutritionist the most help. He basically gave me a meal plan after using the clean 9 kit and kept checking up on me and my progress. The money was worth his support alone tbh.

Anyway, weight is still going down, at 15%ish bf and I feel great, and am happy with the results.
I hope this helps others :)

Success with weight loss program is difficult because it require more time and have a patience.
But for better result you can do natural thing for weight loss like proper food intake, diet, regular exercise, take a sleep, be stress less,

Every diet plan is made for single individual considering their body structures, so success of their diet plan also vary accordingly.

Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out, the more calories you burn, and make easier to keep your weight under control....
