Hey this is what my mates do and it works, have a structured routine day in and day out. You have to change your lifestyle and not just eat healthy and start exercising you have to change the whole thing.
Wake up early
Have a big breakfast (this way your body starts burning calories quicker)
Go for a walk afterwards (in fact after every meal always go for a 20 minute walk, this gives you an extra boost to your metabolic system)
Drink plenty of water to flush out your system of unwanted fats.
When you do drink water drink cold water or add ice to it (because your body burns calories counter acting to it)
Instead of having big meals break them down to small snacks.
Drink green T
Go bowling 3x a week
Go swimming 3x a week
