Hey this is what my mates do and it works, have a structured routine day in and day out. You have to change your lifestyle and not just eat healthy and start exercising you have to change the whole thing.

Wake up early
Have a big breakfast (this way your body starts burning calories quicker)
Go for a walk afterwards (in fact after every meal always go for a 20 minute walk, this gives you an extra boost to your metabolic system)
Drink plenty of water to flush out your system of unwanted fats.
When you do drink water drink cold water or add ice to it (because your body burns calories counter acting to it)
Instead of having big meals break them down to small snacks.
Drink green T
Go bowling 3x a week
Go swimming 3x a week
Trust me this works

Best weight loss diet tips: Regular exercise. Avoiding oily food,soda,alcohol. Include Fruits and Vegetables in most of your diet. Drink more water.

Hello,
Eat healthy food and do regular exercise ..I will suggest to go for morning walk at least 25 mins daily!That will surely help you and in additional you can do yoga it will give you lots of benefits .Hope this will help you!!

It is not much harder to loss you weight and it is not impossible to get smart, slim and good looking. You have to do only some continuously and daily exercise and workout. Do not eat fatty diet and those food that are enriched with calories and cholesterol. So, avoid from fast food and cold drinks. After few days you will good that you are getting smart.

For losing weight regular exercise is important. Exercise is best thing for weight lose. This is my personal experience that exercise is important for weight lose. I have reduced lot of weight with exercise. Running is best exercise for fitness.

Hi There!

I've tried Cho Yung Tea, it's a type of green tea which helps you lose weight, I drink 2 cups a day combined with a healthy diet and small amounts of exercise like taking my dog for a walk for half an hour every other day. It really boosts your metabolism! And I'm gradually seeing the results :) x

I could just suggest you to exercise regularly, because exercises is the only method to fight against obesity and you can also make your own diet plan considering your body structure and daily schedules.

Staying healthy and fit is a goal most of us would like to achieve and even harder & maintain. There are lots of tips which are very helpful to loss weight. But best thing is that do daily normal exercise and avoid junk food which are very helpful to burn calories.
