Everyone knows that most people would like to lose weight, but they don't know the best way to lose weight. For lose weight, you have to make some changes in your habit and lifestyle. Exercise is a key element of any weight loss treatment. Fitness centers charges more, so many people wants to know which exercise will help us to lose the weight quickly at home. When you are working to lose weight quickly and safely, you should keep in mind that you have to reduce your calories. Exercises contributes in weight loss. Generally, Fitness experts prefer two types of exercise. Aerobics and Anaerobic. Stepping, fast walking, skipping, all these exercise burns fat calories and make your health. Don't take junk food and drink lots of water. Water is essential for healthy body.

Drinks lots and lots of water.
Try eating more throughout the day in smaller portions, this gets your metabolism going faster and promotes weight loss.
Don't eat late at night, because your body won't digest the food as much while you sleep which causes weight gain.
Every other day (if you have time) try doing some type of cardio. Whether it's running, uphill walking, jogging, stair climbing, bicycling.. these all increase your metabolism.
If you need more energy weight loss pills can actually help in moderation, and maybe start drinking a meal replacement shake as a snack before or after a workout to get the essential proteins and vitamins you need.
I hope these help, I've tried all of them and lost 10 pounds in the past month.

we live fast life even sometime we don't have time to spend with the family, sometimes junk food is the only option we left with......if some eat junk food can he maintain his health up to level by doing extreme exercises.

Well...

The best tips to lose weight are:
Exercise regularly
take green tea in the morning.
Use of fresh juices,
Drink Plenty of water,
Use f vegitables and salads...

Hi dear,
Here are some tips for losing weight effectively.

Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil.
