Hey Steve, the easiest way to go about this is to eat in a reverse pyramid so bigish breakfast containing complex carbs protein and some essential fat then mid morning snack something little to keep the hunger monster at bay, nice lunch consisting of one again complex carb (but not as many as at breakfast) lean protein, mid afternoon snack and then dinner once again with a mixture of complex carb (less than lunch) and protein. Eating 5 to 6 smaller meals per day will rev up your metabolic rate and allow you to burn a hell of a lot more kcal (up to 350 extra per day) with exercise you need to be increase the amount of lean tissue on your body as this is what governs your base metabolic rate (so the more lean tissue the high your metabolic rate, the more kcal you burn at rest) for instance if you swapped 10lbs of fat for 10lbs of muscle you’d burn and extra 500 kcal at rest per day and you would be small as muscle is smaller than fat tissue. You have to also change your training regime every 4-6 weeks as your body will adapt to it and wont need to change anymore. The company I own runs an online fitness coaching service that can help with your training regimes and nutrition so if you want anymore help email me at dom@newyoupt.co.uk :D
