I am using a program I found here [no links please - admin] and I just want to recommend it to you readers because it has worked so well for me. My new years resolution was to find a good program and stick to it! I thought it was going to be hell at first, but it wasnt so bad actually. I've lost plenty of weight already and it's only been 2 weeks. So if you're looking to get rid of fat quickly you should really try this one out. Just a little tip I'm throwing at you!
