Have decided to try to lose weight this year.
Have tried Atkins, Cambridge, F Plan and weight watchers.
They all worked but once I got to my ideal weight I stopped and the weight came back.
So thought trawl through the web, found http://losemybelly.org and thought I would give it a go.
This plan says it encourages healthy eating instead of dieting. So hopefully it will work.
Started on Monday, when I weighted 18 stone, will update on Friday when I weigh myself next. Would be good to lose a load of weight but if it is a pound or two and it keeps up I will be happy.
On top I will be exercising.
