Hello I'm wondering did anyone use Xenical so far nothing it's been a month. My doctor said this was really good and I would be pleased with the outcome I guess I will try and hang in there. But I'm really thinking about taking Phen and Xenical can anyone tell me is this safe?

ya it does work even if you don't go to the toilet, you see the thing about Xenical is that it tries to remove the excess fat you take in your food in a way that you don't digest it and so it comes out when you go to the toilet I heard it can get unpleasant, but if your not going to the toilet which is the best thing bacuase if the oil isn't coming out (you know how0 that means your not taking in much of it!
but the problem is that xenical only targets fat, ya it'll help you loose weight but i'd suggest some exercise and watch your carbohydrate intake aswell,

I took Xenical for about 2 months. It's basically a fat blocker to absorb the fat intake in your food. I lost 7 pounds, but you also have to watch your diet. Just because you take Xenical doesn't mean you should drive through McDonald's. You will get major diarrhea if you eat too much fat.
